Abstract

(The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of High Performance Work System and Work Engagement on Employee Creativity through Workplace Well-Being as an Intervening Variable at PTPN IV Regional 1 Medan both directly and indirectly. In this study, researchers used a quantitative approach with path analysis techniques using SEM PLZ. The results showed that there is a significant influence between High Performance Work System on Employee Creativity. There is a significant influence between Work Engagement on Employee Creativity. There is a significant influence between Workplace Well-Being on Employee Creativity. There is no influence between High Performance Work System on Workplace Well-Being. There is no influence between Work Engagement on Workplace Well-Being. There is no influence between High Performance Work System on Employee Creativity with Workplace Well-Being as a mediator at PTPN IV Regional 1 Medan. There is no influence between Work Engagement on Employee Creativity with Workplace Well-Being as a mediator at PTPN IV Regional 1 Medan.
